Shadrack is Superman

I was very skeptical after placing my order as I received no confirmation email. I decided to go online and read reviews and they were bad and very off putting - I immediately sent a text to customer service then made a call too to ask them if they re legit and if I will receive what I ordered. I was helped by the sweetest customer service concierge, Shadrack, he not only verbally assured me that all was in order, he took action and processed my order then called me back to confirm it was with courier and should arrive soon. My order arrived the very next morning. I’m yet to open and assemble but I just wanted to say thank you for the amazing service and putting all my fears to bed. I will definitely order again.
