Service Stinks!!!!!!!

Bought a steamer on the 28 August , I was not happy with the product and sent it back to get a refund on the 13 September . They company has been sending me from pillar to post with my refund . The service is highly unacceptable and wouldn't recommend anyone to purchase from them . No customer service, no lack of urgency . I WANT MY MONEY BACK INTO MY ACCOUNT BEFORE THE END OF BUSINESS TODAY !!!!
