SERVICE... NO SERVICE...

So placed an order on 28th February 2022. Got confirmation... today is 2nd March... tried contacting them.... "chat to us" WHY???? NOBODY bothers to respond... you can see they have read the shatsapp.... but that is it... couldn't be bothered to just acknowledge the correspondence...
