**** SERVICE
ABSOLUTE **** SERVICE, THE MANAGER/SUPERVISOR AT SANDTON BRANCH IS USELESS, MAKES CONTIOUS PROMISES OF RETURNING CALLS, REFUNDSAND DOES NOT DO IT. POOREST QUALITY, POOREST CUSTOMER SERVICE, NEVER NEVER DO BUSINESS THROUGH OR WITH THEM, IF I COULD GIVE A MINUS RATING I WOULD.

12 Mar 2021, 10:33Perfect Dealz, David Dube, the so called Supervisor at the Sandton branch is an absolute ****, he makes promises to clients and never does what he say, I honestly hope the people higher up in this company takes action on this matter, i ordered goods from Perfect Dealz, received the stuff but damaged and broken, immediately e-mailed and phoned and ask to please get it returned and get refunded, return was quick and easy, untill you get to the refund part, manager himself asks via e-mail for your banking details. Afterwards i phoned numerious times, continiously asking, getting promised that David Dube will contact me back, one says he is busy with client, the other says he is on the phone. Then he makes eventually a quick call to you, ohhh sorry i was in meetings, then promises within 20minutes your refund will be done, i will pay it out of my own account for now, then i wait another hour or more, phone again, ohhh i am going to e-wallet it to you right now, you will get the sms. How can you trust somebody who is in a manager position lying to you constantly and continiously. Come on now what happened to integrity, honnesty, keeping your promises you make to a client, we as the clients is why in the end you get a salary. Very very dissapointed in the fact that you cannot trust anyones word anymore, unfortunately i will never ever buy from Perfect Dealz again, i will never advise anyone to even try to buy from them as i believe they will get dissappointed,Edit
