Rotten Deals

If it was possible, I would award a -star rating, but I give them 1 star for at least sending me something and not nothing. I placed a 10 items online order. One item not received and no credit allowed, only a voucher which is unacceptable under Consumer Law. 4 Other items were not what I ordered and the ones that were correct, it is such sh*t quality, it's just not real. I am trying to contact the office number, but only find a voice message recorder. I believe vendors like this/these people should be investigated and closed by the Consumer Council since they give drop-ship business people a rotten reputation and creates distrust among serious online shoppers like myself.
