Ridiculous Service!!!!!!!!!!

I placed an order PD23025 online and paid for the item and the delivery fee on Wednesday, ‎November ‎13, ‎2019, ‏‎9:29:57 AM. After the transaction was completed I was told I will get a confirmation notification via email or text which I did not till this day. I then sent an enquiry email on the 15th November 2019 questioning the order and did not receive any feedback. I sent another email on the 18th November requesting for my refund and not response still. This is ridiculous !!!!
