Returns without refunds !

I have ordered a coffee grinder and Turkish coffee pot from them. They advertised a silver coffee grinder and I received a orange grinder !! The colour was ********** !! I have requested to return both items. The coffee grinder was collected in December and the Turkish coffee pot only in January. I was promised that I will be refunded which didn't take place yet. The service is pathetic !!! I can't understand that they are still in business.
