Refusal to redund customers
Based on my research it is clear that Perfect Dealz are going through financial struggles as many customers that are owed refunds have written negative reviews about them. Spare your airtime phoning them and do an immediate chargeback on your bank account. These people are legitimately ****ming customers. Perhaps they cannot afford the Sandton rent and just aim to tire their clients out into giving up on their refunds

01 Sept 2026, 17:49I declared a dispute on the payment made to Perfect Dealz. I reported that the goods and services were not received. I provided my bank with proof and recorded phone calls between myself and Perfect Dealz. I provided proof that I never received a refund and a provisional credit was credited back to my account while they investigate. With shady companies like this , this is the only viable option in getting your money back
