Refund/Exchange

I bought hose pipe and it was delivered on time. I took it of the package and I tested it. As I was busy watering the garden I realized it is leaking. I wrote to Perfect deal about the issue. I was told that I must go print the invoice from way ill and you to find out that it was gone with the dustbin. What am querying is I can't find the new one or refund because I can't see the invoice? Am at home I don't have a phone(airtime) and I don't have money for printing the invoice. I must pop out money again? I think they are not fair, they do have copies why can't they use them. This kind of service is a *******. I am not happy at all.
