REFUND ONLY WITHIN 21 working days. Without telling customers who pay cash

Bought items personally CASH at this place returned them a day later and was told that I cannot get a refund, have to wait up to 21 days. Nowhere in my documentation does it state anywhere that I cannot get a refund. Please people don't buy from this company. It is a disgrace. One does not even know if within these 21 working days the money will ever see the light of day in anyones pocket.
