Refund of money

I bought a Desert Maker December for a xmas present. when we wanted to use it first week in January. it did not work. I contacted them to come and fetch it which they done. they contacted me and told me they will refund my money. it is now the 4th March and I am still waiting. each time I phone them they are doing the payment or they will phone me back. I phoned again this morning and was promised they will send me the POP. I have received nothing. I am very disappointed.
