Refund due

I ordered from perfect dealz Order PD51889 , the smart watch was not working ,I had to return it ,30 September the watch was returned sent through my banking details for the refund till today , spoke to David dube, Kgotso, Gugu nothing happened , I sent numerous email no feedback , I will never ever order anything from you guys,you are horrible
