READ REVIEWS BEFORE BUYING FROM PERFECT DEALZ

I placed an order on the 11 May for a 300w portable power station. Order was confirmed. On the 14th I called and spoke to JASON for confirmation and an update as there was nothing from them, he advised that the parcel was being dispatched that evening, Friday called again because i was hoping for an update of delivery, Jason once again said parcel was out for delivery and the drivers name was Jeff. NOTHING CAME. On Monday 18th I called and spoke to TASMIN, she put me on hold for 15 mins to come back and tell me that there was an issue with the stock and they had to return it, I asked why Jason had ****. I then asked to cancel the order, and could she please process my refund as the item had not left the store, she told me about 14 days policy. I sent emails and WhatsApp asking for cancellation confirmation because the order still showed processing on the site and no response. On the 20th I sent someone with a copy of my order, and he was told to come back at 1 pm, he did return and was told again to return at 3pm. he left. on the 21 May I receive a sopping email of how my parcel was hijacked enroute to me.....like who operates an establishment like this, lies and no communication
