Product arrived with a broken box - no response to email

Ordered a board game from them. The price was quite good but the product arrived with a broken box. Every single corner of the box needed to be taped. The game itself seemed to be in reasonable condition. I wrote to them and told them that the product arrived in poor condition. I didn't receive a response.

I am not looking to return the product but thought it ********* that this wasn't mentioned in the advert. It was sold as a new product and should not have arrived in the condition that it did.
