**** product and service!!

I purchased a product from Perfect Dealz. I used the product for 5min and then I broke. I called the next day to explain. The gentlemen mentioned that I should send an email. I did as he requested and no feedback thereafter. They are not taking my calls and notify me that they did receive my email. It is day 6 and after tomorrow I can't return the product. I will never use them or their service again. Do not waste you money by purchasing any products from them.
