Prefect Dealz Counterfeit Products

Oh my word they do not even deserve a star, can you choose minus ratings? As you recall I bought an item from Prefect Dealz in February 2019 and returned it. They received the product back from me on 22 February 2019. Today is 14 May 2019 and I only received a proof of payment NOW and on top of that they did not even refunded my shipping cost. So in total I paid R150 for shipping to receive the counterfeit product and to send it back. When I asked them why that is not being refunded they mentioned the terms and conditions. T&C's so easily used in their defense but in their T&C's they also say that you will be refunded within 7-14 days..... Why did I have to wait 2 and a half months for my refund and this after I phoned countless times and e-mailed them, every time with a new excuse why it wasn't paid. Why did the T&C's not count then???

This is a useless place and sells counterfeit products and they take AGES to refund you (if they ever do refund you) do not use them, you are warned!!!!!
