Portable air pump

They sold me a faulty Air pump that blew my car charging port and started emitting smoke when I was testing it if it's working. I tried to contact them via WhatsApp they I must send an email. I sent an email with lots of follow up emails. They don't answer their phone and also they blocked me on their WhatsApp. This is just a **** business
