Poor turnaround time for returns and refunds

I am currently experiencing a difficult time trying to facilitate a return for 1 transaction and a refund for another transaction. The lack of communication is absurd and equally frustrating. A response may take a month or so and this after a few follow-up emails are sent. I would tread carefully when dealing with this company based on the after-sales support.
