Poor service - not reliable

They don't communicate, they keep changing numbers, they give false information about the order delivery date. When I send them WhatsApp they don't respond. I made order cancelation, when I asked them to confirm the date I will receive my order money, they don't respond. I trusted them because they use pay just now. Other online shops that use Pay just now never disappointed me. They said their order takes 3 to 7 days when I called them, yesterday when I canceled my order (it was 16 days still waiting for my order) I hope I get my money back, they said 14 days and can't confirm the exact date.
