Poor service Item not collected.

Poor service I got. I bought items towards the end of January the items were including blender there was as piece missing and I log the return in Feb and they replaced it. I got it and it had a problem again and I reported it and they promise to send a courier to collet it till today I they didn't collect its almost two months now every time I call they will say they did organize the courier to collect the item but nothing or they will say they will speak to the manager but the manager never called me till today. They do not respond to my emails. I've been calling them two times a week but same story. Now am not sure they will collect the item and refund my money I am not getting good feedback from them. Now I am stuck with the item that I wont use.
