Poor service

I went to the store on the 23rd December 2025 to return items and request a refund. They said the refund was going to take 1-2 weeks. The agreement was that they were going to text me on WhatsApp and ask for my banking details. Till today they haven't. I've tried calling, texting on WhatsApp and emailing to no avail.
