Poor service

I never eeally expected such bad service on my first order. Order PD44506. ordered last thursday 2nd july. Been checking this item it was out of stock. As soon as i saw its back i ordered, paid and paid for delivery. Delivery 7 working days i think. I expected to be informed if its sent to courier. I sent email for follow up and resent email. No reply from info@perfectdealz. Item still sjows unfulfilled on d site. Whatever that means and the reaso i ordered is because my two colleagues ordered and received their order in 3 days. Our delivery address is randburg. Like really. If its out of stock why dont they respond or refund the money. Poor service
