POOR SERVICE

I am extremely dissatisfied with my experience. I ordered a "Lily Velvet Elgant Headboard" for a single bed. The Headboard arrived and it was not VELVET, nor did it reflect the image online. The legs were also upholstered very untidy.

I emailed Perfect Dealz, and no response I whatsapped them, they asked for images, once I sent the inages, they never responded. I tried calling, but I keep waiting in a queue.

I still have no resolution or way forward.

Very upsetting and disappointing.
