Poor Service

pathetic service and their lies...i ordered items and only 1 item arrived,the rest was delivered to someone else that i do not know,I was promised that they will send me my order till today,its over 2months now,m the one who calls them,they don't update me on anything,everytime I call they tell me they will escalate the matter to the supervisor
