Poor poor poor service... Actually money taken and nothing to show for it.

I ordered a product in the 1st week of June. Got confirmation via email of received payment and the order number PD41651 that the next email will come soon regarding the product shipping. And that was the last interaction. All 3 their phone numbers listed go to voice mail and one states it's not a valid number. I've emailed them 3 times about the order with no response back. The feeling I get is that of being ****med. I can't see useless service like this working ever. Nothing regarding the money taken or the order estimated delivery date. I just am greatfull it was only a R500 product and not more. I will never recommend using them ever.
