Poor customer service

So fast to deliver, but after that, their customer service is beyond pathetic. They take a week at a time to respond to emails. The whatsapp line gets a reply every 2nd day. And then the reply is a consultant will get back to you shortly. Two weeks later no one has called. When you call, they say they will get back to you, which they never do. My refund was supposed to be done on Monday 5 days later - nothing. Rather pay more and buy from Takealot. Never any issues with them.
