Poor customer service

I placed an order and one of the items on my order was not available as shown on the website. Instead of contacting me to explain the situation, they simply sent the parcel without said item along with an invalid credit/ discount voucher worth the value of the missing item. Several phone calls and emails were sent regarding this issue without a resolution being made from their side. Although there items are cheap, I would not recommend making use of them.
