Poor communication and delayed deliveries

It has been 10 days since I placed an order with this company. I have not received the package, nor have I been able to reach them / get a response back to confirm the status of my order when I try to email them. I stay in Pretoria, their store is in Johannesburg. I don’t see any reason for such a long delay in delivery. If I knew then what I know now, I would have driven to the store and picked up the product myself.
