Perfect Dealz - Worst online shopping experience of my life!

Order Pdz**** - I ordered quite a few large items. One of the items was not delivered to me and the other was damaged due to the company shoving everything into a box that was too small. I've been trying for over a week to get in touch with this company but their phone lines are automated, so you wait forever. They don't return their call back requests, don't answer emails or WhatsApp messages and there's no avenue to return goods on their site. Totally shocking after sales. I am so disappointed 😞
