Perfect dealz took my money and did not deliver my order

I ordered a clothing steamer for R700 and paid a courier fee of R48.00 on top of that. I was told my parcel would arrive within 2 days. I called last Friday and they said I would get it on Tuesday this week. I'm still waiting even today. I've sent multiple emails and they are not responding.
