Perfect Dealz suck. Trying to get a refund since September 2021 with no luck

Wish I could give a minus..... They sell ****py Chinese products, and what's irritating us the fact that they advertise something totally different from what the item actually is. I bought a steamer in September 2020 but what I received was not what was advertised. The steamer I received had a Chinese name, settings and manual also in Chinese or whatever that language is. Asked them to come collect. They never did. Steamer was only collected in February 2021. Till date, my refund has not been processed. I will definitely never buy from Perfect Dealz ever again. There's absolutely nothing perfect about their deals
