Perfect Dealz So not trustworthy

I order an item omline on the 6th of January and paid through payfast, After enquiring after 6 days, was told by Nolan that unfortunately my package was delivered to someone else. After waiting another 5 days, I was told that the package was lost in transit, Wrote 4 emails, enquiring about a refund, to no avail.
