Perfect Dealz - Sells damaged goods and treats customers like ****.

I have received my package from Perfect dealz and saw that it was badly damaged its a baby car seat mirror for parents but it has no reflection and is severely damaged. I called the call center it took me 2 hours just to get a hold of someone then I couldn't really hear the lady and I tried explaining to her that I needed this for a function and don't really have the time to wait for a return and what I can possibly do about it she said I should not yell at her which I can't yell at someone cause I'm in an open plan office then she put the phone down in my ear. I do not want to pay for the courier fees back to Perfect dealz Wearhouse as it is not my fault their products are damaged . So I don't understand why I should pay for their mistake. I have emailed them and have had no response on how to handle this. Their products are defective and their customer service and courier company is useless. Their courier wants to deliver the product at 18:00 after I phoned the dispatch and made sure I can go home because business hours are over and they said they don't deliver after 17:00 then its my fault for not being their at 18:00 at night. It was just the most horrible experience I have ever had.
