PERFECT DEALZ - PATHETIC SERVICE & COMMUNICATION

I have bought a 1109 Type Self Defensive Flashlight from Perfect Dealz on 10 September 2022.

The item was defective to start off with. It is now since November 2022 that I am trying to geet the flashlight back – Does not even get any response from them on my email.

(|This is actually coming on from 2021 where they did not have the item in stock and then gave me a voucher to buy something else. They did not want to accept the voucher and only after intervention from Hello Peter was this situation solved. – Then they sent me a defective item) - which I have now been trying to get the replacement for a FULL YEAR. sAME THING - NOT EVEN RESPONDING TO MY MAIL.
