Perfect dealz- NOTHING Perfect about them; not the products and definitly not the customer service

If there were a option of zero stars I would have chosen it. Absolutely terrible customer service. And poor quality products. You can go to your local china shop and get the same products with much better customer service.

I returned 5 products; unused; in original packaging; within their return policy time frame. It's been almost 6 weeks without a refund. They take forever to respond to emails and WhatsApp. That is if you even get a respond. And the reply is just one excuse after the other. Replies I have received:

18 feb 2021 "I will escalate this matter to my superior and he will give you feedback via email" - I HAVEN'T RECEIVED AN EMAIL FROM SUPERIOR IN 5 WEEKS

"sorry for the inconvenience, you will be given feedback"- NO FEEDBACK RECEIVED

21 feb 2021 I asked once again what the feedback is; their reply: "Nothing as yet"

24 feb 2021 "Before the end of business day" nothing was resolved before the end of that bussines day

25 feb 2021 "I will be attending a short meeting with my superior and i will ensure this matter gets sorted" Nothing was sorted!!!!

1 march 2021 "we are currently experiencing power failure in our premises however, you will be receiving feedback from my superior as soon as he gets confirmation"

Pathetic customer service. They are not complying to their own refund policy.

I would not recommend this bussines, and I would definitely not buy from them ever again.
