Perfect Dealz not so perfect!

Bought one 30 November 2025 a handfree vacuum cleaner. My name is Elizabeth. Order number: #PD4****. Advertise quick delivery. Today is 18 December. Nothing has been delivered to me. Had a phone call on 8 December, the Perfect Dealz was telling me that they tested the advertised high suction, strong handfree vacuum cleaner and the engine burnt out and it had no suction. They advised me to pay in R500 to receive a better vacuum cleaner. Immediately I did a bank transfer. A payment confirmation email was send through Standard Bank FNT service to the email address: ***. Afterwards phone calls were made to Perfect Dealz from 9h38 on 10, 11,12 and 18 December 2025. Telephonically I have spoken to Nolan, Jason. They all promised I will receive my handfree vacuum cleaner within 2 working days. Many WhatssApp messages were sent, as well as numerous emails. Yesterday I receive a WhatsApp message from a Chantel from Perfect Dealz, asking for a Bank statement proof that I have paid in the R500. I did so immediately . That was the last word from them. I just want to warn online customers against making use of special offers from Perfect Dealz. I experience disgust and a lot of hurt, by losing much money as a pensionaris, believing in the good of SA companies. Had good experiences with Takealot and Temu. Perfect Dealz was only disappointment!!!
