PERFECT DEALZ - NOT SO PERFECT!

PERFECT DEALZ -NOT SO PERFECT A faceless company that hides behind 2 gentlemen that are completely ineffective should you wish to have your refund honoured. Why they bother to have an e-mail or a phone line, or a policy of refund, I am not sure. I have wasted countless time writing e-mails and calling the one number that seems to function from time to time if the mailbox isn't full during office hours. I purchased an item (Cordless Trimmer) REF PD22386 on the 5 November. It did not assemble adequately and when I tried to use it, the propeller flew off the unit rendering it absolutely useless. Only after I asked for proof of collection, did this transpire, but even when Perfect Dealz had intercepted the disfunctional item on the 19th November, the refund was not forthcoming, even although there were false promises of days it should reflect and apparent e-mails with status of refund. Clearly they hide behind anonymity, no accountability and no reference to follow ups. Almost feel that one star is one too many!
