Perfect dealz!! Horrid customer service. Do not buy

Ehat a terrible experience with this business. Do not purchase anything online. After patiently waiting for what felt like foerver for my order. It arrives, squashed, the packaging had been opened and resealed, I’m still not sure whether all the parts are even in there. My laptop stand was had red soil on it. I sent a formal complaint, then got an email to say Shadrack Lepheane was working on it and wud come back to me, i was asked for photos which i have provided, still even after I followed up and informed him that I am still waiting for a response from them.

At this rate I will never get my money back, will probably have to figure out what to do with this dirty laptop stand. They din’t care about customer service, the service ends when they get your money. They could have cery easily exchaged my laptop stand for another after I explained that I actually still need it. Red Flag!! Red Flag!! What u see online and what u get are East and West!!
