Perfect Dealz, be aware of them!

Perfect Dealz, be aware of them! (they do not even deserve a star rating...) I bought a baby bullet and received my parcel in good time just to find out that it was a counterfeit product. I contacted Nutri Bullet SA and they confirmed my suspicion. The same day that I received the package I already notified perfect dealz about my findings and that they must send someone to collect their **** product. They rep**** that I must send it back then I will be refunded. Thus I need to send it on my own costs to get my refund (this took a week to get replies). I then had no choice to send it on my own cost because I was running out of time as the purchase was intended to be a baby shower present.

Note in all this time they never contacted me to follow up or make sure all is in order, I had to do all the contacting. After my parcel was received on their side my e-mails were not answered anymore and every time I phoned the "accounts" person is not available. It has been two weeks now since they received their **** product back and I (again) had to phone them to ask what happened to my refund. I was answered that I will receive it today (07.03.2019)and I even asked them to send me a proof of payment (which I did not receive because the payment wasn't made), I phoned again on 8.03.2019 where the person said that my refund was discussed and I will get my refund. It is Monday 11.03.2019 and I have not received any refund or proof of payment.

The point is, they are selling counterfeit products and never follow up if they have placed you in a bad position, and with that you must send the item back on your own cost and STILL wait +2 weeks for a refund (will see what happens after today).

I will never buy there again and never recommend anyone. Be aware of their bad service and **** products!!
