Perfect Dealz are shockingly ***********

I am here writing about Perfect Dealz once again. If you look at my previous review on their service you see the way in which they have treated me is appalling and I have been nothing but disappointed by them. They came to collect my item weeks ago (after months of trying for a response) and now I have not received a refund or a new item. This is absolutely ridiculous. How can they treat customers in such a way? I have paid for a product which they have now taken back. How is it they only way I can get in contact with them is if u write a review? If they do not correct this error I will be taking this matter further because now they have ****** me of my money. Again, if I could give them zero stars I would.
