Absolute *****s Orders 4 sets of 2kg ankle weights

Received 2 sets of 1kg ankle weights

Was told they need to pick it up assess and then send the correct pairs.

I knew it was going to be a timely process and I needed the weights urgently Asked them to just refund what they a owed me after subtracting the incorrect item that i will then keep, but was told they can't I need to return the incorrect items for the correct ones to be sent.

3 months later. No respons to emails or what's apps. No refund(I did sent my banking details) no correct weights received.
