Perfect dealz are not perfect at all!

I placed an order on 1 December 2025 for 2 Ergonomic chairs and neck massager. It has been 2 weeks and the order is still not available. There has been a lack of communication from perfect dealz. i have had to contact them to ascertain the progress of my order. i would strongly recommend buying from a reputable company and not perfect dealz. order number PD45239
