PERFECT DEALZ ARE FULL OF EMPTY PROMISES!

On the 14 July 2020 I ordered a Monopoly game from Perfect Dealz and only after I had paid, did they say that delivery would take place way after I needed the item. I immediately phoned and asked if i could cancel. They said yes and asked for my banking details. I never got my refund and the game was delivered to my house. It is now the 21 October and it is still sitting in my entrance hall waiting to be collected. I have spoken to David, Khotso, Madelaine. I have sent email after email. I have asked for their formal complaints process. NOTHING. They are useless!!! I have just spoken to David AGAIN who has promised to arrange collection. (Not the first time I have heard this!) Anyway - they are useless and full of empty promises. I will never use them again! STAY AWAY FROM PERFECT DEALZ!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
