Perfect Dealz

I have ordered items from them on 3 different occasions. First 2 orders went great, No problem. Received orders within a few days. I ordered again a week ago. No response what so-ever to numerous e-mails. Telephones are not answered. I extremely upset and will not deal with them again. Does Hallo Peter do any investigations into such matters
