Perfect deal not so perfect customer service

I made a purchase of a juicer from them on the 18th Aug 2022....delivery was impressively quick, next day I had my juicer... Which struggled to work... I reported this immediately and since then they keep changing their story... One day they sent a courier to fetch it, the next I have to start all over with videos of the product not working... Which I have done more than ones. From there they are struggling to find a courier... Yesterday after I voiced the dragg again... Someone said they found a courier and will send me tracking... I reminded them later... But nothing.... Besides this horrible experience.... What pains me is I needed the juicer for health reasons.... Which are now on ice for 1month.
