Pathetic services

After my first time purchase It will definitely be my last What absolutely pathetic service. First they send the incorrect item and also Half the size of the original items i bought. I sent the items back and After they said they are "getting back to me" about when the correct stock comes I got furious and requested a refund This was on 20August. Now i am still waiting on the refund When phoning you wait for ever to speak to someone It doesn't help you asking them to phone back Because they never do So everytime you are placed on hold for atleast 15minutes Just to hear Its been relocated to their finance team. And it takes approximately two weeks This was told last week And guess what STILL WAITING This is absolutely ridiculous.
