Pathetic service from Perfect dealz

I made an order for four items in July. In August only three items were delivered. The Air Couch was missing. The stated that this was partial delivery. They never contacted me to let me know why the couch was not delivered. I sent them about four emails to which they never responded. Twice i had an auto reply saying someone will attend to my query but no one did. I also tried calling them on the telephone numbers but no one pick ups the calls. They are not perfect dealz after all. We are now a few days from October and i still have not received my couch.

This is pathetic service and it is totally unacceptable. I would like to get my money back with interest.
