Pathetic customer service - still waiting for a refund for 2 months

I wrote another review where I purchased an item from them and waited about a month just to get the item back the warehouse. It has been another month and they have not issued my refund after I paid for the item to be shipped back to them and the item was not even opened. Please do not buy from these ***********, sad excuse for a business.
