PATHETIC CUSTOMER SERVICE

PATHETIC CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!! I ordered 3 items. 10 days after ordering and paying i have yet to recieve a tracking nr. After i emailed them, THEN only did i receive it. When my products finally came, only 2 were delivered. There was a note in the order to say my other product was "faulty". Which i dont believe. Do they really test all products.... anyway, in the note it said someone will email me a credit or voucher code...NOT REFUND ME... just credit or voucher code. I have emailed them numerous times to get a response on that. It is again a week later and still no response!!!!!!! PATHETIC. I will rather stick to Takelot. They know how to do customer service and reliable business
