PATHETIC CUSTOMER SERVICE AND INCOMPLETE AND HIDEOUS ITEMS!!!

My order is incomplete by 2 items and the website has not color coding to select they never answer the lines. I have emailed them x2 and called in about x10 and nothing! This is appalling customer service and I see this as *****ing my money and I have demanded to have 2 hideous items returned and on their expense and they just dont care. I will never order from them again and I will spread the work to everyone I know. VERY VERY SAD!!!!!
